Spicy Cajun Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:
500g baby potatoes, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon SuperSpice Cajun
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon SuperSpice paprika (optional for extra depth)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Prepare the potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil until evenly coated.
Season the potatoes: Sprinkle the SuperSpice Cajun, garlic powder, SuperSpice paprika (if using), salt, and pepper over the potatoes. Toss well to ensure even coating.
Roast: Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking tray. Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
