Spicy Cajun Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

Cajun Potatoes
  • 500g baby potatoes, halved

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon SuperSpice Cajun

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon SuperSpice paprika (optional for extra depth)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Prepare the potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil until evenly coated.

  3. Season the potatoes: Sprinkle the SuperSpice Cajun, garlic powder, SuperSpice paprika (if using), salt, and pepper over the potatoes. Toss well to ensure even coating.

  4. Roast: Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking tray. Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.

  5. Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. These potatoes are perfect as a side dish or snack!
