I'm Dr. Eashan and I hid superfoods in your spices.

I'm an NHS-trained doctor who spent years watching patients struggle with the same problems - low energy, stress, inflammation, that better nutrition could genuinely help with.

The problem? Nobody eats their superfoods.

People buy the ashwagandha capsules and forget to take them. They try the moringa powder once and it tastes like a garden. They spend £40 on a superfood blend that sits in the cupboard until it expires. We've all been there.

So I asked a different question. Instead of "how do I get people to eat superfoods?" I asked "what do people already eat every single day without thinking?"
