Paprika-Spiced Hummus

Ingredients:
1 can (400g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon SuperSpice paprika
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt, to taste
Water, as needed for consistency
Paprika and olive oil for garnish
Instructions:
Blend the hummus: In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, SuperSpice Paprika Blend, garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to reach your desired consistency.
Garnish: Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle a bit of extra paprika on top for a pop of colour.
Serve: Serve with pita bread, veggies, or crackers for a healthy and tasty snack.
