15 Minute Paprika Chicken
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons SuperSpice Paprika Blend
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together the SuperSpice Paprika Blend, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
4. Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
5. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavour.
