Cajun Fish

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 2 tablespoons Cajun SuperSpice seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the Cajun SuperSpice seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to form a marinade.

  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Pour the marinade over the salmon fillets, making sure to coat them evenly.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavour.
