Cajun Fish
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons Cajun SuperSpice seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the Cajun SuperSpice seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to form a marinade.
Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Pour the marinade over the salmon fillets, making sure to coat them evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavour.
