Paprika Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon SuperSpice paprika blend

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.

  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes to remove any dirt. Cut them into bite-sized cubes.

  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  4. Add the potato cubes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.

  5. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown. As an alternative, they can be air fried for around 20 minutes at 22°C

  7. Remove from the oven and let the potatoes cool for a few minutes.

  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
